Spaz. (the z is silent.)
The day started like any other, with grilled shark skewers, Indonesian rice, bacon, grilled tomatoes and banana fritters.

Little did we know that soon we would be forced to wear paper underwear, slathered in a mixture of avocado and aloe vera, wrapped in plastic, and left for dead. Okay, that's all true except for the last part. We got spa treatments, which were super relaxing, and cheap. I'm pretty sure posting the paper underwear pics would violate blogger.com's terms of use. Not to mention our viewers' sense of propriety. And besides, haven't we bared enough skin already?
At sunset, we walked across the golf course to Tanah Lot, one of Bali's most sacred temples.

That's right, i said golf course and sacred temple in the same sentence. It is really a beautiful place, though, if not a little overrun with tourists.

Gastro-intestinally speaking, today was also the first day where we really felt like we rolled the dice. First, by wolfing down some yummy street corn near the temple, (what could go wrong?) and minutes later, by adding some ice to our beer in a random restaurant because it just wasn't quite cold enough. So far, so good, though.
